Benefits your team understands and your budget survives.

A benefits package only works if people can use it and you can renew it. We design packages for employers of five to five hundred, run the enrolment so it doesn't eat your quarter, and stay on the line when an employee has a question about a claim.

What we build

Packages assembled around your headcount and your margin

Employer-paid, employee-paid, or a split. We'll model the options and tell you what each one does to your monthly number.

Small group health

Group major medical for teams typically starting at two enrolled employees. We compare carriers on network fit as well as rate, because a cheap plan your staff can't use costs you in retention.

Includes: plan design modelling, contribution strategy, renewal negotiation.

Large group

For larger headcounts, more of the design is genuinely yours to choose: tiering, multiple plan options side by side, and the compliance work that comes with scale. We coordinate carriers so employees see one clean choice.

Includes: multi-plan design, dependent tiers, ACA reporting support.

Group Medicare

For retirees and for employees who stay on past 65. Group Medicare arrangements can cut cost substantially versus keeping older workers on the active plan — and they usually improve the coverage at the same time.

Includes: retiree transition planning, one-to-one employee education.

Voluntary & ancillary

Dental, vision, group life, disability, accident and critical illness. Employee-paid options cost the business little or nothing and consistently rank higher in staff surveys than employers expect.

Includes: dental, vision, group term life, disability, accident, critical illness.

Working together

What the process looks like from your side

Most of the work should be ours. Here's the realistic version of what we'll ask of you.

  1. 01

A census and your current plan

Ages, ZIP codes, dependent status, and whatever you're on now including the renewal letter. That's enough to start quoting.

  2. 02

    One conversation about priorities

Is this about controlling cost, competing for talent, or fixing something specific your staff complain about? The answer changes the design.

  3. 03

A proposal you can take to a board

Options side by side with total employer cost, employee cost and what changes for your people, in language a non-specialist can read.

  4. 04

    Enrolment we run

Group sessions or one-to-one calls, forms chased, questions answered. Your HR lead should not become a benefits helpdesk.

  5. 05

Support all year, not just at renewal

New hires, terminations, claim questions, ID card problems. Your employees can call us directly.

Request a group proposal

Send your census and current renewal and we'll come back with modelled options. No cost, and no obligation to move carriers.
