Who we are
Iggy Insurance is an independent insurance agency and an authorised representative of Healthcare Solutions Team. That pairing is deliberate. Being independent means we aren't tied to one company's shelf — we can put four carriers side by side and recommend the one that fits. Working with a national organisation means we get access to products, underwriting relationships and support that a small local shop usually can't reach.
What we don't do is hand you off. You get a named licensed agent from the first call through enrolment and into renewal season. When something changes — a move, a new job, a diagnosis, a birthday that opens a Medicare window — you call the person who already knows your file.
Health insurance genuinely isn't a one-size-fits-all product. Two households on the same street, the same income and the same ZIP code can need entirely different plans because one of them has a specialist they refuse to leave. Our whole process is built around finding those details before we quote, not after you've signed.

This section is a strong draft, but the parts that build the most trust are the ones only you can supply: your founder's name and story, years in the industry, your agency's license numbers and resident state, the carriers you're actually appointed with, and a photo of a real person. How we work
Not slogans. These are the things you can hold us to on a phone call.
Every quote we send lists what the plan does not cover, what the waiting periods are, and where the network stops. If a policy has a weakness that matters for your situation, you'll read it from us before you read it in a claim denial.
Correspondence gets a reply the day it arrives, and quotes usually follow within one business day. If underwriting is going to take longer, we tell you that instead of going quiet.
If the coverage you already have is the best fit available to you, that's what we'll say. Losing a sale is cheaper than earning a reputation for moving people who didn't need moving.
No queue, no ticket number, no re-explaining your household to a stranger. The person who quotes you is the person who enrols you and the person who picks up next October.
